How It Works

VeriSeal inspects every bag/pouch after the sealing process by visualizing the image of the thermal signature of the seal and analyzing it with its library of good seals. The base reference is gained by training the Artificial Intelligence Software of what is a good seal by providing all relevant information including classifiers such as type of product, grain size, determining outliers, etc.

Once the image is visualized, the algorithm determines whether it is a good or bad seal and issues a signal to the packer. The signal, if good, allows the sealed bag to go down the conveyor. If bad, the system generates an alert so that the user can take appropriate action to remove the bag from the process flow.
