Vision intelligence for packaging lines
Robeos builds vision systems that mount on packaging lines and talk to the line's PLC. VeriSeal checks the seal on every bag. PackSentry follows every bag from the packer through the checkweigher and metal detector, so each result points back to the machine that caused it.
Thermal seal inspection
Right after a bag is sealed, the seal is hotter than the rest of the bag. VeriSeal's thermal camera photographs that heat line on every bag. A continuous line is a good seal. A gap, a thin spot or product caught in the seam is a bad one. The result goes to the PLC as a good or bad signal, and the plant decides what happens next: a stack light, a line stop or a reject.

Trained on your product
During commissioning the model learns what a good seal looks like for the product and bag you run. After that it flags seals that do not match.
PLC output
Good or bad on a discrete output. Alarm, stop or reject is up to the line's controls.
Operator screen
Each inspection shows as it happens. If results drift, the screen proposes a tuning change in plain words. The operator accepts or rejects it. No numbers to type.
Enclosure options
Standard, or a rated build for classified dust areas such as flour, sugar and mineral powders.
Valve and open mouth baggers
The camera mounts at the sealer discharge. Units are set up on our bench before shipping, so site work is mounting, wiring and a training run.
Records
Every inspection is logged, so seal results can be reviewed by shift, day or product.
Bag tracking and packer attribution
On a line with several packers, the checkweigher and the metal detector each give a verdict on a bag, but neither knows which packer filled it. PackSentry puts a camera at each spout and along the conveyors. It counts each bag as it leaves its packer and follows it down the line, so every weight reading, every metal detect and every bag lost between stations is tied to the packer it came from.
Every bag counted
Spout cameras see each bag drop. The target is every bag, not a sample.
Checkweigher feedback by packer
The checkweigher keeps its own targets and verdicts. PackSentry adds which packer the bag came from, so under and over counts show per packer.
Metal detector events by packer
A metal detect is traced back to the packer that filled the bag instead of being a line-level event.
Bags lost between stations
Counts at each station along the line show where bags go missing: at the turnover, on the incline or before the checkweigher.
Line board
One screen shows each packer and each conveyor stage with counts, bags per hour and losses. Built for the control room PC, not a phone.
Up to five cameras
PoE cameras on one edge computer at the line. Setup is the line name, the packer count and a name for each camera.

Robeos
Robeos started in 2020 in South Jordan, Utah. We build vision systems for bagging and packaging lines and install them together with the machine builder and the plant. The people who write the software are the same people who commission it on the floor.

Tell us about your line
Bagger model, the product you run and a photo of the discharge area if you have one. We will say whether VeriSeal or PackSentry applies and what it would take to try it.
